Cebu-Travel Philippines is an in-bound travel agency specializing in Scuba Diving and Adventure Travel to exciting and exotic destinations in the Philippines. We offer personalized tour planning for discerning travelers who are looking for an exciting but well organized vacation in the Philippines.

Our expatriate members live and work in the Philippines since more than 15 years and run a string of dive centers in Cebu. We know all the islands introduced here by heart, we are living there or we visit them regularly on our dive safaris. We have intimate knowledge of all the dive sites in the region, scuba diving being our main business. River climbing, canyoning, jungle trekking and other adventure activities belong to our favorite pastimes. We know about the cultural differences and travel difficulties you can encounter in your vacation, we dealt with them a hundred times. Cebu-Travel Philippines is the inhouse travel agency of Savedra Dives Center, the first PADI 5 Star Dive Center in Cebu.

Cebu-Travel Philippines - our team:

	Karl and Sandy Epp - Karl is the German proprietor and manager of Cebu-Travel Philippines. Karl has a background in wholesale trading and import/export before he came to the Philippines in 1991. He is a PADI Master Instructor and responsible for all travel arrangements and online service. Additionally, Karl operates a PADI 5 Star Dive Center. Sandy, proprietress and assistant, is a former secretary of "What's on in Cebu and the Visayas", a monthly newspaper catering to expatriates and tourists.
	Manfred Langer - a dive instructor, instructor trainer, dive consultant and enterpreneur. Manfred has been actively involved in teaching scuba diving as an instructor since the late 70's. He gathered experience as a scuba instructor in Germany, Kenia, Florida, California, Hawaii and the Maldives before he came to the Philippines, where he got stuck in 1982 (see what diving can do to you?). He overseas the dive operation in Plantation Bay and coordinates all bookings and reservations in Mactan.
	Abeth Martinez - secretary and the good fairy of the travel agency. Abeth makes impossible things possible and is responsible for airline tickets and schedules, transfers and hotel bookings. Through her good contacts to the airlines she has direct access to the source, in case any unpleasant surprises occur. She is an experienced organizer and has always a plan B (or C) at hand.
